It won't be long

It seems like the 2008 MS 150 is a long way off, but I've already begun receiving e-mails offering reduced fees for registering before the end of October. I didn't buy in, but those notes did serve to remind me that this week is Thanksgiving already. January is just around the corner, and I'm sure Bob will be reminding us that it's time to start training in the cold again.

Meanwhile, I've had several inquiries from riding buddies who might be interested in joining our little band. “The more the merrier,” Bob said, when I asked if he was recruiting. I'm pretty sure these folks would have more fun with us than with some large bike shop team, but we'll see.
